Instructions for entering AmericanInsights Sweepstakes online.

Click on "Back" button on your browser (twice) or until you return to the survey "password page".  Enter password given to you in your email invitation and begin survey.  At the end of the survey, you will be asked for your name, address and email information and entered into the sweepstakes.

Don't worry, your identification information will be held confidential and not be given or sold to any person, organization or company.
